Employment and labour relations Law

These are the laws that regulate the employer-employee relationship, and the employer-employee and union relationship.

Employment laws stipulate the manner in which an employer is required to carry itself in the event of conflict with an employee.

It further provides for all the rights of an employee under an employment contract.

Labour laws provide for employee right to joining a union and minimum wage payable to them.
